Power for 7.3 Tow Rig

My dad has an 02 7.3 CC LB Dually that is used primarily for towing but also is a DD occasionally. I know a little about 7.3 performance but not a lot so I need some help on this. He already has a 4in exhaust, intake, and bully dog(which I have finally convinced him to dump in favor a custom tuned one). Also I will be putting in an adrenaline hpop soon as his is going out. So what else is needed to make this into a great tow rig that can also hold its on driving around (He wants it to have some juice ever since he rode in my Xtreme tuned 6.0 and now Spartan tuned 6.4). Here is a list i sort of compiled but feel free to edit it or suggest what I may or may not need:

Intake, exhaust, gauges, chip, adrenaline (terminator), ATS housing, maybe sticks, bigger exhaust housing. Valve body.

I used a Walker Big Truck Muffler. 65 bucks. Straight flow. Good until you start upgrading injectors.

This is just a start. No where NEAR all of your choices.

If you want him to run with you he is going to need big injectors and a big turbo maybe twins.

He isn't looking to run with me mainly because I know he doesn't want to drop that kind of cash and this truck is mainly for towing anyways.
