Gauges
I am wanting to get some gauges for my 2000 F250 with a 6 spd. i was thinking about a egt gauge and boost gauge. do i need anyother ones? just running an edge programmer at the moment. also what are some good fairly cheap in price gauges? i was looking at autometer, are they worth the money or should i look at getting some other ones? what do you guys recommend?

I run the Auto Meter Ultra Lites in my truck, 35psi boost and egt. Thats all you'll need unless you want to monitor something else like volts, water temp or oil pressure. Isspros are excellent also, CSIPSD runs like 18 Isspro gauges IIRC. He has a gauge for everything.

I have Autometer Z series egt, boost, and tranny temp, but you dont need a tranny temp. I agree with duckslayer about thats all you need unless you just want it. I got the Z-series because they were black with green light so it had a more factory look to it.

Love my Autometer Phantom 2's. All you NEED is EGT and Boost for a 6'r. Got pics if you need em.
