Keep my turbo alive???

Alright guys, so with my TW tunes in either the street or the Extreme setting my truck will make 30lbs of boost in the blink of an eye, even when cruising down the road in O/D if i punch it itll hit 30psi quick and in a hurry, and blow up the CEL. I know that a boost fooler will stop the light from coming on, but I can only assume that the stock turbo doesnt like that kinda boost. Is there anything that can be done to help the turbo or am i better off just to start saving for a 38r?

Im thinking that ive read on here that 30lbs is a little hig for these, I will say that i dont run it at that high a pressure for more than a few seconds.
