5 inch tailpipe

I have a 4 inch exhaust now. I want to put a 5 inch on. A guy said hell give me the 5 inch straight pipe and I can buy a 4-5 inch adapter at a truck shop. The problem is I cant seem to find a 5 inch tailpipe. Any suggestions on where I can find this?

Need some clarifacation.....is the 5" straight pipe a down pipe back kit and all you need is to adapt a 4" downpipe to the 5" portion of the exhaust?

When you say tailpipe, I think exhaust tip.....

Yes the 5 inch pipe is from the downpipe back. I need the over the axle piece, which is what I am calling the tailpipe.

I see! I bet you could Find an exhaust shop that had the ability to to bend 5", Maybe... You can always dump it in front of the rear tire and have one black wheel! haha!

I would make some calls to some of the sponsers who sell exhaust and ask if they would be willing to part out one of their 5" exhaust systems to help a brotha out. It never hurts to ask.

Yeah I didnt think of having an exhaust shop make me one. Ill check into that. Ill also call around and see if anyone has one extra.

It is hard to find an exhaust shop tha actually has a 5" die to bend exhaust. Most of them only have 4" due to having older older benders.

You may try a big rig shop too. They have big exhaust.

NAPA may also have a short 4" to 5" peice of exhaust and may be a flare the ends for you if they have a machine shop.

Hope these ideas help! I would love 5" exhaust!

Ok I found that mbrp sells the tailpipe for 116 from them. The part number is FAL443 if any vendors can get me a price on this part. So this means Ill have about 150 in a 5 inch exhaust not counting the tip.

these guys have some 5" exhaust tubing....not sure if it's exactly what your lookin for but thought i'd help. I've been looking into a 5" exhaust myself and it is hard to find anywhere that sells it
