superchips 1705 won't work

I programmed my truck to tow safe and want to put it back to stock but i get nothing from the tuner when plugged into my PCM. My batteries are at 12.75 and the connections are clean. Has this happened to anyone and does any one know how to solve this problem. Thanks any help would be appreciated.

make sure your doors are shut and nothing is on or plugged into cigarrette lighter.

also make sure the fuse to the cigarrette lighter is not blown if it is the obd11 port wont work
