superchips 1705 won't work

I programmed my truck to tow safe and want to put it back to stock but i get nothing from the tuner when plugged into my PCM. My batteries are at 12.75 and the connections are clean. Has this happened to anyone and does any one know how to solve this problem. Thanks any help would be appreciated.

The posts listed above cover the most common issues I have seen when there is no power coming from the data port.

Feel free to PM me if one of those do not fix your issue. I am more than happy to help in any way that I can.
