HELP ASAP!!
hey guys im goin to buy a TS Performance 6-position chip from my buddy in a couple of hours, hes has the exact same truck as me, a 99.5' 7.3L Auto, he said when i get the chip i should get it reflashed so it doesnt remember his ECU when i put it in my truck. Is that true or can i just install it and go? any help asap will be much appreciated!!

It must be reflashed for your PCM code. It will not work if the codes are different, which they more than likely are different.
