Custom STI-R Plus Radar Dectector Mobile Unit

Here is my RD for my 7.3 The Beltronics STI-R Plus Radar Dectector. Its a very expensive RD and is known within the "radar circles" and "RF gurus"; that the Bel STI-R Plus is the best RD you can buy bar none. And there is only 2 units in the US that we publically know of; which i happen to own both. Anyways, this RD is a hardwired unit that calls for a permanent install under the headliners, firewall etc. So i wanted to make a mobile unit out of this. So i can disconnect if need be and this is what i came up with. So far ive been very happy at my RD mod. Which i can disconnect in about 5 secs. And move the entire unit to a new vehicle if i have too. Keep in mind the antenna is supposed to be mounted outside in front of my excursion on the grill or there abouts. But i did something a lil special. That actually makes it perform better do to its relocation. This thing pays for itself in about 2 saves.
