Whats all this talk of fuel x-overs and oil x-overs?

I left the PSD scene for the 12v scene, and am now coming back to the psd scene. I dont remember all this talk of fuel and oil cross overs though. From what I gather, they both prevent air in the lines and keep pressures consistant; giving better idle quality, a less noisy injector, and perhaps adding longevity to the motor.

Are these 2 parts a good thing to get if you dont do much more than intake/exhaust/tuner/stageI sticks?

Matt

They are a good mod for any rig, stock-race. Not so much for keeping air out as to keep a constant and even supply and pressure of fuel/oil to those injectors that love it so much.

And how is keeping that fuel/oil to the injectors beneficial? Longevity?

Ya these damn split shots are SO noisy. It gets really irritating after a while.
