little help with simple performance on a 99 7.3

I need a little help with some simple mods for my 7.3. currently it has 5 inch exaust afe intake and i have some custom tunes from elite diesel coming is there anything simple im missing? i would appreciate any and all help.

diy intake, tuner and stage 1 sticks. Simple yet very effective.

yeah iv got egt tranny temp and boost. I was hoping someone could explain the difference in the hpop and if the the later model pump was any better and other things of that nature
