Tuner with banks trans command

To I got a Trans Command from Banks a couple years ago and installed it. It works great. But last week I finally bought a tuner and installed it. The transmission shift hard going from 1st to 2nd and WOT. Should I take the trans command off will that mess with the tuner..

What kind of tuner? I would take all that banks crap off. Just let the tuner do its job (assuming its a good one..). But w/ the tuner on, the trans is supposed to shift pretty awesome.

ok. Yea i got the Cortex Superchips. Yea I like it so far. thats the only thing is that 1st to 2nd Shift is a little hard but other than that the motor stays and a certain RPM as you accelerate you cant really tell the trans is shifting.
