can someone idesntify this chip

[7.3 Powerstroke Me]

bought the truck used, it has an 8 position knob with stock, 50, 75, and 100 tunes on it. positions 0-stock, 1-50, 2-75,3-100, 4-stock, 5-50, 6-75, 7,-100

Sounds like a 4 pos. chip with the knob missing a retainer clip to keep it from turning past the fourth position, other than that, I'm no chip expert on brands or models.
