Turbo Surge

How do I reduce it, prevent it, get rid of it. I am tired of having turbo surge. Would a wicked wheel reduce it. Will a bigger waste gate prevent it. Any ideas that do not reduce performance will be appreciated.

From what I've read around here, a wicked wheel has a really good chance of fixing your problem, but the ATS housing will definitely eliminate it. And I'm gonna do a quick hijack, does the ATS housing have any effect on turbo whistle?

I guess I will be looking for a wicked wheel. Are they hard to install. I know I have to remove the turbo to do this. So I guess I will be doing this after my trip to see my mom.
