Parts Installation.

Ok diesel heads let me pick your brain once more.

The little brown truck dropped off another present for me today.
Now I have my afe intake and my injectors (Thanks Dockboy!!) I'm gonna install the filter tonight. Hopefully by monday I'll have my stealth pump system.

My main question is can I install these injectors (Stage2 190cc) before upgrading the turbo? I know I can install the stealth system with the stock injectors. Will the stock turbo be able to handle the injectors??

You should be fine. You just may not be able to utilize all the fuel the injectors are able to flow. You could just run on a lower setting until you add a new turbo.

Yes the turbo will handle it BUT dont push it over 30 lbs very often as it doesnt play well above that. You might want to get a new turbo soon though. I think mine lasted about a month before it went south with my stage 2's.

I will be getting a new turbo. It just depends on how long it takes turbonetics to release their ball bearing one as to which one I get.

Got the dyno not far down the road so I'm good there. Can't wait to see what this baby puts down after all this stuff is installed!!

Hey TJ did you ever have a problem blowing off your cac tube hitting that much boost?

Nope. But Ive also did the CCV mod when I only had like 10,000 miles on the truck too. Even with the new turbo that pushes 35 I havent had any problems with the boots. I also have tightned the bejesus outta the clamps.

I blow boots all the time... well I did until I welded a bead around them... With your intake, stage 2's, and dual HPOP's... about 400-420... Your EGT's are going to get up there quick with the stock turbo and your drive pressures will be thru the roof, but it will be fine.
