if you go with single shots then yes you will have to get some tunes. imo stage 1's are pointless. go with the st 2's 160/100's. and there are people runnin 250/100's on stock fuel system but it never hurts to have one

Stage II's w/ just a tune and supporting mods (ie intake/exhaust)? What kinda power will the 7.3 put down w/ a good tuner, intake, and exhaust? (Sorry I"m a bit cummins washed still.. trying to remember my PSD roots).

U may want to research a 175/30 byfull Force. Enough power upgrade with out going over the line in reducing your reliability on the entire vehicle imo.

Also. I have heard bigger injectors will wash down my cylinder walls. Is this true or no?
And how much is it if i had Ford do the job it with stock injectors?

They will only wash down the cylinder walls if you dont get the right spray pattern (this is more common with marine 360's on 12v cummins). Ford will probably charge MORE to refurbish your oem sticks as it would cost for hi performance aftermarket sticks.

Stage 1's are a great mod for a SD, will get you 350-380HP, better MPG's and will require less mods to run. stage 2's..up to 450HP but will require a new Turbo and a built trans etc if you want reliability.
We are a Cass-Full force dealer PM if we can help.

That sounds a bit more accurate. I was thinking that stage II sticks with a stock snail wouldn't work out.
