Anybody running a turbonetics turbo on a 7.3?
Was looking into getting a new turbo and can gat a pretty good deal on a turbonetics turbo for a 7.3.The part number is a 11382-BB.Is this any good or
should I stick with the garrett bb turbo.I believe my stock turbo blew up so I am looking to replace it.Thanks

I would not put a turbonetics on my truck if it was brand new and free.

i had it on my truck.. it was ok but i was not impressed.. had higher EGT's than with the stocker

Your right there isnt a lot of people who have these because there new to the market. I called a dealer on these who sells several kinds of turbos Garrets, H2E etc. He said a customer dropped in a D66 which is a great turbo. Came back later and dropped in the Precision Turbo. Well he kept the Precision Turbo. Apparently the PT once it spools up it really kicks in powerfully, so u can really feel it above the others.
