what is the best turbo to buy aftermarket for the whistle? or how do i get a whistle on a 2003 7.3L

You could buy a GTP38R. The whistle is beautiful. Works well with stock injectors, and gives room to grow if you want to go with bigger injectors later down the road. The exact reason i run one.

Out of the exhaust it will sound pretty much exactly the same. In the cab though is a totally different story.

dang i think thats why i want a 6.0l cause they whistle hard

Yeah the 2003 6.0's are amazing.

If you had lots of money you could put a 6.0 turbo on a 7.3, not really worth it though.

Why would u spend good $$ on new turbo just to get the loudest whistle? You should look at getting one that gives you the best performance IMO.

man, if i was to do it over again, id try to find an 03 6.0, just for the whistle

but i honestly dont want to work on it all the time like my other 6.0 buddies do
