Which Forged Rods?

Depends on what power level you are shooting for.

500ish or less the factory forged rods will do fine. More than that. Get the expensive ones

Where can I get reconditioned ford forged rods and how hard are they to install. Is that a DIY or is does a mechanic have to do it.
