bts tranny, how much fluid

how many quarts or liters does the bts tranny take, i have one coming and wanna be ready to install when i gets here??

Pretty sure they come pre filled and ready to rock. Not certain on the that though. I know they use Schaeffer oil. It would be a good idea just to have some on hand though if you needed some down the road. Excellent choice, you will be more than pleased with your new tranny!

i didnt pay the extra 250 for the sysntetic fluid, i regret it now. so i dont think its gona be filled unless the filled it with normal fluid

Oh ok, gotcha. Have they already shipped it? If not, call them and get the fluid or find out how much you will need. They are always super nice to talk to.

your gonna need around 19 qts, depending on your coolers, mine took 20qts

its like 190 for a 5 gal bucket of their schaefers fluid. and no it does not come pre filled, it will come with directions on filling it but
you start with 15qts then start it and put in about 4 more qts check levels

We can still get you the shafers..Your trans left Thursday and on its way

Trans comes empty and get a 5 gal pail..
