exhaust

i was thinking about putting an exhaust on my truck but i dont have much money just a college kid but anyways i was thinking about just running a 4inch mrbp down pipe with a mbrp turndown and just turn it facing out so the smoke does stay under neath the truck MBRP Turndown Exhaust Tip, MBRP Turndown Tips

does anybody agree or disagree with this set up?

if its stock it would prob be fine i wouldnt recommend it though and if your rollin coal at all id say its a no go...i had a leak at my down pipe for awhile and i sooted up the whole underside of the truck..it took forever to get clean.....i would just cut out the cat and the muffler and let her breath and it sounds pretty dang good

Don't forget gauges... You need to watch those egts.... On the chip I would recommend tony wildman... His tunes are awesome.... As far as the exhaust go for it if you don't mind soot on the frame.... Idk about how loud your in cab noise will be but idk if it matters to you... What are you looking to get outta the truck ?
