7.3 service truck tuning.
well for our farm we have a 7.3 2000 psd that one of our spanish guys drive. it has the service bed on it with welder, air tank and such... so i was wondering about putting a tune of some type on it. doesnt need multiple tunes. just maybe of a tow tune with low low egts. what would be the best???
thanks |

IMO, leave it stock. We have a fleet of numerous vehicles, diesel and gas. Anything modified on a "company vehicle" is a liability, and could cost you big... Plus the employee will enjoy the added power, trust me (enjoy= beat the living sh!t out of it)

honestly you dont really need much.. but i would stay away from the generic superchips or edge... only way to go on a 7.3l is a custom tuned chip... TW, PHP, DP all are great chips...
that being said.. i wouldnt run any PSD without gauges even in stock format |

This is our power gains on your truck. The egts stay low as well. You dont need a pyrometer with our tuning.
