BEST chip that puts out MAX power?

Hi, I am posting this for my buddy.
He is gonna start to mod his truck in the next year or so but want a chip now. He doesnt want to buy another chip when the time comes.. So, what is the BEST chip as of now? SCT? DP?

I dont know nothing about Fords..so chimie me in some info for him!

Hey, its a 99 7.3 . He is gonna buy the truck of his dad. So he is gonna get injecors turbo tranny ect but want to knwo BEST BEST chip..he was into DP but I will tell him all info all you guys give..

By the way, hes only gonna get it in about 6months so yeah. hes ordering stuff in the next months or so. LOL crazy guy

I gotta say DP just because i have it.I'm sure the other tuners are also excellent but haven't tried them yet.I like how Jody is up to date with the digital switch and how you can download tune from him and not remove the chip.

I've ran a few different custom tunes and for me I will take Elite diesels over them all. They shift good, the tunes don't run my egts through the roof and I'm quicker then my buddys 7.3 with all the same stuff on his truck as I have. The othere nice thing with Elite is can get the chip now and as you upgrade send your chip in and they will redo the chip for free.

i love my php fu chip. he sends the burner so if you ever want to change tunes it easy.
