New edge cts need some help

Got my new edge cts in today and now i have got a problem. 2001 powerstroke bullydog 6 position chip. ok i read about it then went and plugged it in and it would only show like 4 gauges. i thought about it and took the chip out of the pcm and the cts works like its suppossed to now my question is can i use this chip with the cts?

Call edge they will walk you through it. You probably have to manually enter the vin

I have the same problem. I called Edge yesterday and asked them for the beta program, so that I could manually enter my vin and get my CTS working. The guy I talked to was pissed off and completely rude to me. He told me it was not available to the public and I would not get it until it was released. I then asked him how long before it would be released, and he told me he had no idea. So all I can say is in my own experience, Edge's customer service is a joke, and I guess in order to get the CTS working like it suppossed to be, we just have to wait for the update to be released unless someone on here can email the it to us?

I got my cts yesterday and when i plugged it in i could only read speed, MAP psi, and RPM. I called edge and talked to a guy, i told him the CTS wasn't reading my VIN and he knew exactly what i was talking about. He sent me an update which loaded onto my CTS the next time i plugged it into my computer. It worked great. I can read TFT, ICP psi, IPR %, EOT, speed, corrected speed, turbo boost, gear position/ TCL, throttle position %, and i know there are others that i'm forgetting. Hope this helps. Oh, and this is on the truck in my sig.
