So i just got back from a trip to south carolina (myrtle beach). I was delivering my grandparents things because they moved down there. So i packed up the powerstroke (no furniture or anything large to really add weight) and drove the 700 and whatever miles it is.

I put my DP tuner on 80 economy the entire way and I averaged 24mpg. There and back. The first time I didn't believe it so I calculated again and it was right.

Needless to say I was happy as hell about the mileage.. what's everyone else getting with there economy and daily tunes?

I can't believe I drove my truck with no tunes for so long.. it's a whole new truck for sure. I also kept my foot out of it the entire trip, no smoking at all. The truck did amazing the entire trip (drove straight through both ways.. stopped only to fuel up) EGT's stayed pretty much below 7 even on hills, never got hot, nothing broke, ran amazing the whole way.. boy do i love this truck

thats twice the mileage on 250 . is your truck 2 or 4 wheel drive what other mods. do you have

wow.best i got was 21mpg coming back from yosemite but i had like 1200lbs in the bed at least. ha not bad.

I get 21MPG with my 02' Crew Cab 4x4 with a 6-speed. That is on the 60hp setting, I tried the 80hp but if I pushed the pedal too hard it would smoke... and one you started smoking it was just to hard to keep out of it.....

I got 23 mpg driving my truck home from southern Idaho.

Hard to improve on that, but I'm hoping a tuner will improve my city mpg.

4x4 with intake and 4" straight pipe. 184k. this truck runs like day one.. it was old man owned its entire life until me. and i take very good care of it
