I just installed a hypertech programmer (it was free) on my 01 250. I installed the level 3 program and it runs real good until about 90 mph then it just falls on its face and quits pulling. The only other mods I have is 4in exhaust from transmission mount back with no muffler and modified the air intake. Is this normal or is there something else I can do to max out top speed. It did the same thing when it was on the stock setting. I understand I am not going to be able to do 200 mph but i would like to get into the 100's. Thanks for the help guys.

newlystroked, It sounds like your hitting the top end limiter.
