I would go to my guys at the stereo shop, and say here ya go, this is what I want, and this is where I want to mount it. They would design and fiberglass it, sand it and paint it, and I would mount it. Done. Just an Idea for you. Good luck.

Mount
This is about as close as I have seen. Dash Gauge Mounts at DieselManor

The only problem I see with the dash mounted gauges shown in the link is you would have to drill holes in your dash to run wires. Once you drill those holes, there is no going back. Not something I would want to do. You could always go with the overhead, rearview mirror mount. The cubby one doesn't look too bad either. I'm pretty happy with my A-pillar mount.

CSIPSD,,,,,Holy chit! What don't you have a gauge for?
As they sit now they are all functional with no holes in the dash. I appreciate the ideas, and still looking. |

Did you see the gauge pod at the bottom that's called the wedge or something like that? That seems pretty close to what your eating to do?

I don't mind the pillar pod myself, but my overhead pod is driving me nuts. Been thinking of attempting something custom, similar to what your describing. Closest I have found is on a 150.
