What intake/exhaust to run??

I am looking for an intake that makes some good power.. Also, I want to run a straight pipe exhaust and am thinking of going with a Farmboy's exhaust system. But I have seen a few guys running 5 inch exhaust on their 7.3 but dont know if I will loose any low end power... Help me out. I have heard good thing of the AFE stage2 intake. Im thinking of tuning later on. thanks

DIY is alot cheaper and just as good, and a 4in will support mods all the way up to injectors and turbo's. any 4in is about equal as long as they are manderal bent. PS I know I cant spell.

DIY systems are the DO IT YOURSELF systems where people are running the 6637 filters, Donaldson filters, or an aftermarket conical filter. I actually just placed an order for an AMSOIL 4095 dry/reusable filter and prefilter to do my DIY intake. Do a search and you will find all kinds of info and pictures.
