No The outlook is vehicle specific! I know this because I have and 03 6.0 and when i bought mine they gave me one for the 7.3 and it would not work!

this one came of a 6.0 my friend had it on his 7.3 but he didnt tell me tell just now it shows everythang on the 6.0 but just the pre turbo on the 7.3
