How hard is it to install a 6oh tranny cooler on my 7.3L? Just got my tranny rebuilt

You'll need to get a few reducers because the 6.0 cooler uses larger lines.

yeah 6.0L cooler is one of the best mods i have done. 90 degree weather driving in stop and go traffic trans doesn't get hotter than 150-160

Hmm, wonder if there is something wrong with my system. Installed my 6.0 cooler and I still see 170 and occasionally 180.

BTW, you will need a 1/2" to 3/8" barbed hose reducer. Probably need to order one now as apparently they are hard to come by.

i found a local place here in town that has all the brass fittings. they didnt have the 3/8 to 1/2. but they did have a 3/8 barb to male threads and a 1/2 barb to female threads. teflon tape and worked great.

The stores have that around here too, but I'm reluctant to have another spot that could potentially leak.
