Sinister Diesels Map Fooler

Just got it in today

Took 10 minutes to install, ran her pretty hard down the interstate, no codes

But before, i could hit abou 27psi, now its down to abou 22psi

is this adjustable or am i really making 27 while my boost gauge is reading 22?

This lil booger was well worth 40 bucks, if i can get my boost back to where it was lol

Do different gears run different PSI's?

i had it in 6th(overdrive) and ran it up to about 90+ish(dont tell anyone ha) and i was back to my 26-27psi

thats your problem. you need to hook the boost gauge up to the line between the intake pipe and the sinister regulator. Because the regulator wont let more than 22 psi through it and thats why the truck doesnt defuel. So your reading a regulated psi and not the actual pressure.

thats pretty weird. 90 psi would blow the head gasket and throw your headstuds through the hood! haha and what kinda gauge do you have that reads that high!?
