Going in the right direction
2002 7.3l, 2wd crewcag short bed.
Stock suspension, 285-75-16 ats, 06' grill, 55wx4 5000k hids, custom badges/emblems and moved rear seat for a 2x12" sub box behind the seats. Running a superchips programmer, muffler delete and cold air intake. I'm looking to do a few mods this summer. I'm looking at the BRV+ boost fooler, turbo master waste gate controller and wicked wheel. Is this a good strart, any recomendations Also need to get some info on what exact additive everyone prefers(not looking to lose mpg or hp). I've read about the 2 stroke oil people are using. I'm also looking to upgrade to a DP tuner, that will probably come after the other mods though. Any recommendations? thanks! |

If you go with DP you won't need a boost fooler... I am pretty sure their new tuning doesn't need one...
I would go with the WW and the dp tuner... that is a good start. Don't forget if you have a auto tranny to get a good valve body and trans cooler. |

I would first get rid of your superchip and get a real tune. It depends on what you can afford but i would say if you want the most bang for your buck i would go with some bigger injectors and a bigger turbo. i know its hard to save up that much money. I always wanna spend my money everytime i get enough to buy something little for my truck. but its deffitely worth the wait.
