fuel plug removal??? anyone?
I recently purchased the frx kit from riffraff for my 2000 7.3, looks like a great kit, even better price. but i cant get it installed. I cant get the passenger side fuel plug out. I tried little sockets on it, and a 7mm wrench, but it seems like it would rather round then turn, any ideas before i strip it?

Oh yah been there done that I couldn't get my fingers down in there I took off the A/C pump and moved it out of the way for more room. Mine came out prety easy with a 12pt socket. The other hard part I ran into was putting the new fuel regulator on It is a little bigger than the stock one so I had to loosen up the fuel bowl (2 bolts that go through the HPOP resivoir) but I think your instructions tell you that part.

if you go to home depot or some place that has pluming parts and get a facet tool there square drive with the right size for the 1/8 pipe plug and 1/4 on the other side that so you can put a driver in it
