Is it possible to put a Jake Brake on a 1999 PowerStroke 7.3 . Thanks

absolutely.....banks, and a few other companies make bolt on ones....and you can also use your wastegate as one with some modifying........there are numerous threads on it......look at this

A true "Jake Brake" is not available for the international harvester engine. The "exhaust" brake that everyone is referring to, including banks and the others are just that, exhaust brakes, they require the t/c to stay locked and are useless as a brake if the t/c is not locked up.
