Bullydog Powerpup
Hi, Just bought my first diesel truck; 99 1 ton super cab 4x4. It came with a bullydog powerpup programmer and is currently set on the tow mode of 50 horses; other that this its dead stock. My question is how high can program my ECM without raising the EGT's to a dangerous level. I believe I have the option for up to 120 horse increase but worry about doing damage. Any recommendations appreciated.

Well if you dont have gauges you need to have them put in if you want to go any higher than the tow mode. You should also be very careful because even in the tow mode the EGT's will still get high enough to do damage.
