This has happened twice so far. I shift tunes on the fly and my engine stalls. i put the truck in neutral and it starts right back up. i just find it weird when it happens. this happen to anyone else?
idk if its the connection its clean and not loose it just shuts off. its only happened twice like i said so it isnt a huge issue its been on a smooth road both times it happened so it deff not moving in the pcm
When switching across that many settings it can happen from time to time. Switch from one, then wait just a second (not even a full second but you know) and then the next and the next...
Who's chip, who's tunes?
NVK tunes are out of a 2000 auto, PMT are out of a 2001 auto...
The NVK are a bit better for drag racing and such, but the PMT are more of a work horse... Its all tranny related. Lock up settings and such...
sweet i have an nvk haha but yeah my ts chip did it once every so often i took it of and cleaned the connection again and it never did it after but it could just be your switching through them to quick
