superchips

My dumb friend is having a problem with his superchips, he has had it programmed on his truck for a year or so, he went to program to next level and it wouldnt even turn on the programmer. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do to fix the problem. He does not have a instruction book so anything would help. Thanks Rich

I never had that problem, but I did always make sure that it was screwed into the top of the programmer, and pushed onto the OBD port nice and snug. If all else fails phone superchips, I have heard they have good customer service...

You could also try the fuse for the OBD port and make sure its not blown.
