Fass Pump
Anybody that has installed this pump wich fuse did you splice into? Gona install it once the rain stops for a day.

Splicing into an existing line except for the power that is already there for the stock fuel pump is really not a good idea. The best way is to put a relay in there and use a trigger wire from a keyed source. If I recall, the FASS pump is 23A motor. Takes a lot of juice to run them, but there are an awesome pump!

I would install a fused line from the battery to a relay then run the line to the pump. use the + line on the plug on the stock pump to act as the triger for the relay. Key on, PCM says turn on fuel pump triggers the relay and FASS comes on. I think on my FASS I am useing a 25 o 30 amp fuse. No blown fuse yet.

Never thought of usin a relay I was just lookin through the instructions and was goin off what they said thanks for the info
