Your connecting rods are gonna be a weak point. PMR rods, from what I hear on here, dont like to stay in the motor above 400HP. Those are gonna be your down fall.

Yep, ^^^what he said. PMR's are going to be your downfall when you want to make big power with your '02. I've seen some stay in the block above 400hp, but once you hit that 400hp mark, you are playing a dangerous game.

As far as injectors go; Rosewood, Beans, Hypermax, are a few

Turbo; GTP38R, or you could put a 6.0 Turbo on it!

Fuel; Your going to need a good fuel system and more than likely big oil at some point. Check out Dieselsite.com, Bob is a great guy to deal with.

Keep us posted.

Well for starters what kind of budget are you working with? That's going to dictate the direction you need to go.

Injectors, Intercooler install kit-GTS Motorsports
Crower rods, H11 Head studs, Cam, Chip Diesel Innovations

If i were you and I wanted to make big power I would probably get rid of the 7.3 liter powerjoke and get a 5.9 cummins. Just one mans opinion.
