H2e what does modded mean?

looking for new turbo decided on H2e since 38r and bellowed up pipes will be about the same money anyways. but what is a modded H2e and what would i be looking for for compressor wheel and intake size, etc...... any info would be helpfull. i am looking for 400 ish hp, and like my power in low to mid range rpm. thankx.....

Modded housing for a larger compressor wheel, flows 200 cfm more than a regular H2E. Hopefully the link will work.
