Banks Six Gun ???

i know everyone seems to hat banks but its the only chip/tune i know of that will not eat my tranny. so i was wondering should i get the pda with it? or is there a nother tune/chip that wont kill the tranny

where have you heard that? that six gun is a modual... it does not tune the transmission which is the reason they sell the trans command for extra... i wouldnt put that on your truck... save yourself the money and get a custom tuned chip like a TW, PHP, or DP and a set of gauges and you will be set... if you need any further info or prices just let me know

yeah who ever told you that the banks six gun was good for your trans is someone who should not be talking.... like Raul said get a custom tune chip and be done with it

What other chips have you tried?

I agree with all of the above posters. I have a DP F-5 Tuner, and couldn't be happier with it. The Banks Six Gun won't do anything at all for your transmission. I have a friend that has been there and done that. He had to buy the Transcommand as well.
