down pipe 'end play' causing rattle?

I put a 4" mbrp system in a few years ago, and have been annoyed by a rattle from the exhaust, only noticeable at idle, for a while now. I thought the exhaust might be rubbing a crossmember or something, and finally figured it out today.

My band clamp is tight on my turbo/down pipe, but the down pipe can still move around some. Im guessing this should NOT be????? I cant recall, but is there some other piece in there that may have broken/loosened?

Are all your hangers in place? How are the clamps on the pipe itself?

See my Garage - I just went to check my MBRP. Very little movement. One difference is I have a long bed. My hangers: one just behind trans cross-member, one near the drive-line carrier bearing, one in front of and one behind the rear axle.

Is the v band clamp on tight enough?

Shouldn't have a lot of movement. I would do like super said and check the hangers
