Question turbo- which is it?

Hey guys, just found this but can't find info on it with what hey says. Can you tell me which you think it is? What years it will fit?

A new turbo should be more than that though?
It doesn't fit on the pedestal though since it just has an oil line to the bearings not a pedestal mount.
And if I'm not mistaken, the exhaust into the turbo on our trucks is just one pipe not two for each bank like this one is made for.

Anyone else?

yea that's a variable vane turbo and that particular one will fit duramax engines not ford at all

think the welders gloves was meant to mean 'hot' as in stolen
