I think a 38R is going to be your best bet. They are the most proven, durable turbo on the market for the 7.3L from stock to 450+hp. We have them on sale right now, let me know if I can help.

if the extra money is not problem the get the modded H2E setup... superior turbo, rebuilt almost anywhere. and you can upgrade to larger turbos if you want...
the 38r is a great turbo but if you want to upgrade then you will have to get an H2E mount.... |

if i go with the h2e then what would i be looking for, or how would i determine what i need for a modded h2e. compressor wheel? housings?
any help would be great. |

My vote would be for the H2E as well. The 38Rs are decent turbos but if you push them to hard they like to start surging. And as stated above once you get the H2E set up you're ready for further upgrades.
