Reburning chips

I have a ts performance chip and an ats chip that look exactly the same, A buddy of mine got them with his truck and he already has one. We dont know what was on them so I want to get one reburned with custom tunes. Can they reburn a chip from ats or just the ts chip. Ats does not deal with chips anymore. It also came with the 6 stage switch with it. My second question is has anyone used the tunes from elite diesel eng. on colorado. I know you all like dp and tw but Id like to try theres because I have a friend who works there

I was also wondering, do any of you get the actual amount of power they say with a stock truck. I have heard some say you do and some say you dont with other mods done?

id call the company and ask if they can burn eithe brand chip as far as power goes im not sure. i know you need supporting mods to get that amount so id say not really
