BULLY DOG 6 POSTION (PO605CODE)

Question on my chip. Have had it for about six months worked great. Then all of a sudden driving to work the truck started to miss no power. Shut the truck off and turned back on no diffrence. Had it towed back to my repair shop scaned code p0605 came up int control rom module error. Took chip out from back of pcm cleaned retaped back in so it would not move. cleared codes worked fine for a month. truck started to do the same think. But this time you turn truck off and back on will run fine. Problem with chip or pcm . Is time for tw chip Thanks andy

I pulled out of truck ran fine. Than installed ran fine. Than when i got into it, the check engine light would come on than go off and would set the same code. But still ran good. Installed a gtp38r turbo test drove than it started to miss. Shut truck off turned back on ok.
