shops and products
I guess this isn't exactly 7.3 specific but here it goes anyways...
Why does a shop offer a variety of the same thing? And this is specific to tuners. I mean, why does TW's place also offer the SCT? etc? I would think that if they came up with a great tuner that they think is so much better than anything else, then it would be all they offer in that department. I come to this question as I am searching for a gauge kit and a tuner for my 2002 7.3... I go to the companies website and I see all these options on top of their custom tune.. and I wonder why... You'd think they would only offer what they felt is the best... Am I wrong...I guess this is just my afternoon performance quandary...

why because when it comes to a product , its not what the shop thinks is best its what the customer wants , simple as that , if you only carried one product it would keep you very limited to what you could do and how much you can make , its business , that would be like walmart carrying only one brand of dog food or one certain kind of trash can , everybody has different tastes and wants , gotta try to keep everyone happy
