hypertech hyperpac vs edge evolution

I want a programmer or chip for my 02, I know everyone will tell me to by a custom burnt chip like the tw or dp.
I really like the evolution because it gives me the gauges I don't have, the ability to clear codes, and the constant monitoring. I was going to order one today, then I ran across the hyperpac.
I had never seen this programmer before, I cant find out how much horsepower it produces and haven't seen anyone else using it. any body have one? is it better than the evolution?

the evolution wont read egt's because there is no probe in the exhaust manifold

If your gonna go that route...definitely go edge or banks. edge has the best monitoring system as far as display. Personally, i was gonna go banks due to theyre years of experience, but from what ive seen and heard, edge is comparible. Hypertech is just a knock off brand in my opinion. These guys on here have convinced me to go custom though.

I got the edge for the attitude monitor. Went with the Juice because of the power levels. Temp chip until I get a DP. Check out the Juice if your thinking about the evolution.

power hungry performnace can sell you a evolution that has 3 custom tunes on it, you get all the benefits of the evolution guages but with the same kinda of custom tunes you could get burnt on a chip
