Building My motor...advice
SO i threw a rod in my 7.3 im gonna be pulling the motor and i figure I mine as well do the right internal work to get this motor to be able to with stand some horse puppies. Any one have a list of good parts, and mods I can do to the motor>? Any help would be greatly appreciated

What are your ultimate goals for power?
If money was no object, billet rods, girdle, headstuds, valve springs, chromoly pushrods, ATI damper, cam work, rotated/balanced. |

on most rebuilds forged rods, head studs, push rods and valve springs are adequate, but if you want a little more you could balance the engine and add an ATI damper
