"Built up" turbo

hey guys saw this on ebay let me know what you think

99/03 FORD 7.3 POWERSTROKE TURBO SUPER 100 TURBOCHARGER:eBay Motors (item 310168247778 end time Sep-20-09 18:28:58 PDT)

how do you think it would compare to the 38r

its a stock turbo with a wicked wheel, ported anti surge compressor housing and a 1.0a/r exhaust housing..... not comparable at all to a 38r.

wow for that price why not just spend a couple bucks more and get a 38r and grow with it.
