Is there a DIY exhaust brake for 02' models?

Is there a DYI exhaust brake for 02' models? oh yeah, its an automatic if that helps.

Yes there is. It is a rewiring of the EBPV on a switch to manually control it. It only works efficiently on autos with a TC lockup mod!

I never knew it only worked with the TC lockup mod.

I see where this would be a small issue not having a TC lockup.
But if you could elaborate that it would be appreciated.

Without locking the converter it does nothing to slow you. In fact using the EBPV as a brake while going downhill with the converter slipping can cause the trans to get hot
