chip question?

ok i had a 2000 7.3 and had a ts chip in it and i sold it to a buddy of mine will it work in a 2002 or will it need reprogramed?i called ts and i got a no and a yes so i dont know at all

you need to reburn for your new pcm code. so i would say yes needs reburned

Different PN's for 2000 and 2002 chips so I would have to assume the programming is different. Blank 6 pos chips are the same for 95-03 so I see no reason why a re-burn wouldn't do the job!
